1 cup crushed ice

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 packet KETO//KREME®

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Optional: Top with Keto Whipped Kreme.

Keto Whipped Kreme

1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled

1 pack of KETO//KREME®

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions:

Using a mixer, beat the heavy cream, KETO//KREME®, and vanilla on high until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.

1 lb, raw Shrimp, shelled & deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

2-3 tbsp butter

3-4 cloves garlic, chopped

1 packet BETTER//BROTH™ Keto Thyme (or your favorite broth)

1 cup water (if you are using liquid broth don’t add more water)

2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Over medium heat, melt butter in olive oil
  2. Add in garlic and sauté until soft
  3. Make sure to not burn the garlic!
  4. Add in Shrimp and ½ cup of BETTER//BROTH™ Keto Thyme
  5. Increase heat to bring liquid to a boil
  6. Cook shrimp 2 minutes, flip over, cook another 2 minutes
  7. Shrimp will be pink all over when cooked thoroughly and properly
  8. Remove pan from heat, add in parsley, lemon juice, and salt & pepper.
  9. Toss shrimp to coat evenly in this heavenly goodness

I love to serve over zucchini noodles!

Per 1 large crust:  122g Fat, 78g Protein, 41g Carbs

Per 1 small crust:  30.5g Fat, 19.5g Protein, 10.25g Carbs

Ingredients:

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

4 tbsp Cream Cheese

2 Eggs

1 1/2 cups almond flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Parsley

Instructions:
  1. Microwave cheddar cheese and cream cheese in bowl until melted
  2. Add eggs and mix well.
  3. Add almond flour and spices until dough forms.
  4. If dough consistency is too sticky to work with add almond flour until workable consistency forms.
  5. Place in freezer to chill 15-20 minutes.
  6. Roll out dough in between 2 pieces of parchment paper to about 1/4” thickness.
  7. Form into 1 large or 4 individual sized pizza crusts.
  8. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  9. Bake at 400F until edges are browned, 20-25 for 1 large crust or 15-20 minutes for individual sized crusts.
Sauce Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of tomato paste (no sugar added)

1 tsp. Dried oregano

Ingredients:

1 large onion, sliced into 1/2” thick rings

2 eggs

1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup crushed pork rinds

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 packet Keto Thyme BETTER//BROTH™ or your favorite spices as basil, oregano, thyme

1 tbsp paprika

1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Instructions:
  1. Beat together eggs and heavy whipping cream in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and spices, and Keto Thyme BETTER/BROTH™.
  3. Place crushed pork rinds in a third bowl.
  4. Dip onion ring in egg, then press into almond flour mixture coating all sides. Dip flour coated onion ring into egg mixture again, then press into pork rinds.
  5. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 425F for 10 minutes.
  6. Turn over onion rings and continue to bake another 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

 

TIP: you can make chicken tenders the same way
