Onion Rings

Ingredients:
1 large onion, sliced into 1/2” thick rings
2 eggs
1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 packet Keto Thyme BETTER//BROTH™ or your favorite spices as basil, oregano, thyme
1 tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Beat together eggs and heavy whipping cream in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and spices, and Keto Thyme BETTER/BROTH™.
- Place crushed pork rinds in a third bowl.
- Dip onion ring in egg, then press into almond flour mixture coating all sides. Dip flour coated onion ring into egg mixture again, then press into pork rinds.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 425F for 10 minutes.
- Turn over onion rings and continue to bake another 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
TIP: you can make chicken tenders the same way
